Calamos Asset Management, Inc. (NASDAQ: CLMS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.6 annualized. This is a 20% increase from the prior dividend of $0.125.

The dividend will be payable on August 25, 2014, to stockholders of record on August 12, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of August 8, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.6 percent.
