Delta Air Lines (NYSE: DAL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.09 per share, or $0.36 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on August 29, 2014, to stockholders of record on August 8, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of August 6, 2014.
