MDC Partners (MDCA) Raises Quarterly Dividend 5.6% to $0.19; 3.6% Yield

MDC Partners (NASDAQ: MDCA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.19 per share, or $0.76 annualized. This is a 5.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.18.

The dividend will be payable on August 19, 2014, to stockholders of record on August 5, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of August 1, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.6 percent.
