NGL Energy Partners LP (NYSE: NGL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.58875 per share, or $2.355 annualized. This is a 6.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.55125.

The dividend will be payable on August 14, 2014, to stockholders of record on August 4, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of July 31, 2014.
