Atlas Pipeline Partners L.P. (NYSE: APL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.63 per share, or $2.52 annualized. This is a 1.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.62.

The dividend will be payable on August 14, 2014, to stockholders of record on August 7, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of August 5, 2014.
