Brandywine Realty Trust (NYSE: BDN) reported Q2 FFO of $0.36, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.35. Revenue for the quarter came in at $150.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $150.65 million.

Brandywine Realty Trust sees FY2014 EPS of $1.43-$1.48, versus prior guidance of $1.42-$1.48 and the consensus of $1.45.
