Cheesecake Factory (NASDAQ: CAKE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.165 per share, or $0.66 annualized. This is a 17.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.14.

The dividend will be payable on August 19, 2014, to stockholders of record on August 6, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of August 4, 2014.
