Linear Technology Corp (LLTC) Tops Q4 EPS by 8c

Linear Technology Corp (NASDAQ: LLTC) reported Q4 EPS of $0.59, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $0.51. Revenue for the quarter came in at $365.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $362.51 million.

The company said: Historically, the first fiscal quarter is a seasonally weaker period for us, but given our current bookings level and backlog we are currently forecasting revenue growth in our first quarter of fiscal 2015 of 1% to 3% sequentially over the prior quarter which would be 8% to 11% on an annual basis over the same quarter in the prior year.
