Carbo Ceramics, Inc. (NYSE: CRR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.33 per share, or $1.32 annualized. This is a 10% increase from the prior dividend of $0.30.

The dividend will be payable on August 15, 2014, to stockholders of record on August 1, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of July 30, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 0.9 percent.
