Rayonier Inc. REIT (RYN) Declares $0.50 Special Dividend; 1.4% Yield

Rayonier Inc. REIT (NYSE: RYN) declared a special dividend of $0.50 per share.

The dividend will be payable on August 15, 2014, to stockholders of record on July 31, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.4 percent.

The special dividend will be paid from proceeds received from Rayonier Advanced Materials in connection with its spin-off from Rayonier on June 27, 2014.
