Texas Instruments (TXN) Declares $0.30 Quarterly Dividend; 2.5% Yield

Texas Instruments (Nasdaq: TXN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.2 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on August 18, 2014, to stockholders of record on July 31, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of July 29, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.5 percent.
