Targa Resources Corp. (NYSE: TRGP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.69 per share, or $2.76 annualized. This is a 6.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.6475.

The dividend will be payable on August 15, 2014, to stockholders of record on July 28, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of July 24, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2 percent.
