Omega Healthcare Investors (NYSE: OHI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.51 per share, or $2.04 annualized. This is a 2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.50.

The dividend will be payable on August 15, 2014, to stockholders of record on July 31, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of July 29, 2014.
