AAR Corp. (NYSE: AIR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.075 per share, or $0.3 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on August 13, 2014, to stockholders of record on July 28, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of July 24, 2014.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.2 percent.
