Education Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: EDR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share, or $0.48 annualized. This is a 9.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.11.

The dividend will be payable on August 15, 2014, to stockholders of record on July 31, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of July 29, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.4 percent.
