ConocoPhillips (NYSE: COP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.73 per share, or $2.92 annualized. This is a 5.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.69.

The dividend will be payable on September 2, 2014, to stockholders of record on July 21, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of July 17, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.4 percent.
