Highway Holdings Ltd (NASDAQ: HIHO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share, or $0.2 annualized. This is a 25% increase from the prior dividend of $0.04.

The dividend will be payable on August 8, 2014, to stockholders of record on July 28, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of July 24, 2014.
