Sovran Self Storage (NYSE: SSS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.68 per share, or $2.72 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 28, 2014, to stockholders of record on July 14, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of July 10, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.5 percent.
