Monmouth Real Estate Investment (NYSE: MNR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.6 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on September 15, 2014, to stockholders of record on August 15, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of August 13, 2014.
