Mackinac Financial (NASDAQ: MFNC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share, or $0.2 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 18, 2014, to stockholders of record on July 7, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of July 2, 2014.
