Worthington Industries, Inc. (NYSE: WOR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share, or $0.72 annualized. This is a 20% increase from the prior dividend of $0.15.

The dividend will be payable on September 29, 2014, to stockholders of record on September 15, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of September 11, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.7 percent.
