Limoneira (NASDAQ: LMNR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.045 per share, or $0.18 annualized. This is a 20% increase from the prior dividend of $0.0375.

The dividend will be payable on July 15, 2014, to stockholders of record on July 7, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of July 2, 2014.
