Horizon Bancorp Indiana (NASDAQ: HBNC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.13 per share, or $0.52 annualized. This is an 18.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.11.

The dividend will be payable on July 18, 2014, to stockholders of record on July 3, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of July 1, 2014.
