W. P. Carey, Inc. (NYSE: WPC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.90 per share, or $3.6 annualized. This is a 0.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.895.

The dividend will be payable on July 15, 2014, to stockholders of record on June 30, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of June 26, 2014.
