UDR (NYSE: UDR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.26 per share, or $1.04 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on July 31, 2014, to stockholders of record on July 10, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of July 8, 2014.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3.7 percent.
