Air Industries Group (NYSE: AIRI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.6 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 10, 2014, to stockholders of record on June 30, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of June 26, 2014.
