Crescent Point Energy (NYSE: CPG) declared a monthly dividend of C$0.23 per share, or C$2.76 on an annualized basis.

The dividend will be payable on July 15, 2014, to stockholders of record on June 30, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of June 26, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.8 percent.
