Medtronic, Inc. (NYSE: MDT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.305 per share, or $1.22 annualized. This is an 8.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.28.

The dividend will be payable on July 25, 2014, to stockholders of record on July 3, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of July 1, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2 percent.
