RAIT Financial Trust (RAS) Raises Quarterly Dividend 5.9% to $0.18; 9% Yield

RAIT Financial Trust (NYSE: RAS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share, or $0.72 annualized. This is a 5.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.17.

The dividend will be payable on July 31, 2014, to stockholders of record on July 11, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of July 9, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 9 percent.
