Universal Health Realty Income Trust (NYSE: UHT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.63 per share, or $2.52 annualized. This is a 0.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.625.

The dividend will be payable on June 30, 2014, to stockholders of record on June 23, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of June 19, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.8 percent.
