Capstead Mortgage (NYSE: CMO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.34 per share, or $1.36 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 18, 2014, to stockholders of record on June 30, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of June 26, 2014.
