Baytex Energy Corp. (NYSE: BTE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.24 per share, or $0.96 annualized. This is a 9.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.22.

The dividend will be payable on July 15, 2014, to stockholders of record on June 30, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of June 26, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.2 percent.
