Piedmont Natural Gas Co. (NYSE: PNY) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.32 per share, or $1.28 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 15, 2014, to stockholders of record on June 24, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of June 20, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.5 percent.
