Nucor Corp. (NYSE: NUE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.37 per share, or $1.48 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on August 11, 2014, to stockholders of record on June 30, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of June 26, 2014.
