Jiayuan.com (DATE) Tops Q1 EPS by 1c, Offers Guidance

Jiayuan.com (NASDAQ: DATE) reported Q1 EPS of ($0.08), $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.09). Revenue for the quarter came in at $21.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $21.61 million.

Second Quarter 2014 Outlook

Jiayuan currently expects to generate net revenues in the range of RMB145 million to RMB147 million for the second quarter of 2014. This forecast reflects Jiayuan's current and preliminary view, which is subject to change
