StoneCastle Financial (NASDAQ: BANX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.50 per share, or $2 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 27, 2014, to stockholders of record on June 13, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of June 11, 2014.
