Deere & Company (NYSE: DE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.60 per share, or $2.4 annualized. This is a 17.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.51.
The dividend will be payable on August 1, 2014, to stockholders of record on June 30, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of June 26, 2014.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.6 percent.

"Our dividend increase reflects our confidence in Deere & Company's ability to generate strong cash flow throughout the cycle.
