Pegasystems, Inc. (NASDAQ: PEGA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.03 per share, or $0.12 annualized. This is a 100% increase from the prior dividend of $0.015.

The dividend will be payable on July 15, 2014, to stockholders of record on July 1, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of June 27, 2014.
