OneBeacon Insurance Group Ltd. (NYSE: OB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.21 per share, or $0.84 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on June 26, 2014, to stockholders of record on June 13, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of June 11, 2014.
The annual yield on the dividend is 5.5 percent.
