Lamar Advertising Co (NASDAQ: LAMR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.83 per share, or $3.32 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 30, 2014, to stockholders of record on June 1, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of May 28, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.8 percent.
