American Tower Corp (AMT) Raises Quarterly Dividend 6.3% to $0.34; 1.5% Yield

American Tower Corp (NYSE: AMT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.34 per share, or $1.36 annualized. This is a 6.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.32.

The dividend will be payable on July 16, 2014, to stockholders of record on June 17, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of June 13, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.5 percent.
