C&F Financial Corp (CFFI) Raises Quarterly Dividend 3.4% to $0.30; 3.5% Yield

C&F Financial Corp (NASDAQ: CFFI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.2 annualized. This is a 3.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.29.

The dividend will be payable on July 1, 2014, to stockholders of record on June 13, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of June 11, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.5 percent.
