Omnicom Group, Inc. (OMC) Raises Quarterly Dividend 25% to $0.50; 3% Yield

Omnicom Group, Inc. (NYSE: OMC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.50 per share, or $2 annualized. This is a 25% increase from the prior dividend of $0.40.

The dividend will be payable on July 10, 2014, to stockholders of record on June 13, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of June 11, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3 percent.
