Ventas, Inc. (NYSE: VTR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.725 per share, or $2.9 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on June 27, 2014, to stockholders of record on June 6, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of June 4, 2014.
The annual yield on the dividend is 4.3 percent.
