Wendy's (WEN) Declares $0.05 Quarterly Dividend; 2.5% Yield

Wendy's (NASDAQ: WEN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share, or $0.2 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 16, 2014, to stockholders of record on June 2, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of May 29, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.5 percent.
