Host Hotels & Resorts (HST) Raises Quarterly Dividend 7.1% to $0.15; 2.8% Yield

Host Hotels & Resorts (NYSE: HST) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.6 annualized. This is a 7.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.14.

The dividend will be payable on July 15, 2014, to stockholders of record on June 30, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of June 26, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.8 percent.
