American Express Co. (AXP) Raises Quarterly Dividend 13% to $0.26; 1.2% Yield

American Express Co. (NYSE: AXP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.26 per share, or $1.04 annualized. This is a 13% increase from the prior dividend of $0.23.

The dividend will be payable on August 8, 2014, to stockholders of record on July 11, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of July 9, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.2 percent.
