Protective Life Corp. (PL) Raises Quarterly Dividend 20% to $0.24; 1.8% Yield

Protective Life Corp. (NYSE: PL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.24 per share, or $0.96 annualized. This is a 20% increase from the prior dividend of $0.20.

The dividend will be payable on June 9, 2014, to stockholders of record on May 23, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of May 21, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.8 percent.
