Diamondrock Hospitality (NYSE: DRH) reported Q1 FFO of $0.15, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.14. Revenue for the quarter came in at $190.08 million versus the consensus estimate of $189.25 million.

Pro Forma RevPAR was $133.66, an increase of 8.4% from 2013.
