NACCO Industries Inc. (NYSE: NC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.2575 per share, or $1.03 annualized. This is a 3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.25.

The dividend will be payable on June 13, 2014, to stockholders of record on May 30, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of May 28, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.1 percent.
